Based on sound exercise science programs are tailored to one’s needs.

Supervised exercise sessions designed specifically for you ensuring effectiveness, safety and adherence. Clients learn what exercises to do and how to do them.

These Personal Training sessions are conducted at Gold’s Gym Redondo Beach, Redondo Beach, CA (a guest fee may be applicable to non members). I also train people in their homes or on the beach.

On-going Support

Because its important to be active every day, and not just workout on the days you meet with me, my clients have access to my Online Personal Training at no additional cost. This helps incorporate fitness into your daily life, therefore making it a part of your life.

Self-Service

A do it yourself, detailed exercise program with pictures, specific to your fitness level and goal. This service is available with and without one or more personal training session to teach you the exercises. You’ll learn what to do and how to do it, avoiding the common mistakes that frustrate.

Monthly exercise updates help you avoid plateaus that keep your body from changing the way you want it too. Monthly program changes are recommended for the Start Smart, Strive and the Self-service programs.

5 personal training sessions: detailed exercise programs with one on one instruction. At the end of your 5th session you’ll have learned what exercises are effective for you, how to do them safely, and have the confidence to workout on your own.
