Detailed exercise instructions and descriptions accompanied by pictures, and video clips depict how to safely and effectively do the workouts.

Designing up an exercise program no matter how experienced you are can be challenging. Online personal training does the work for you.


How Online Programming Works

Your initial consultation is conducted via email and where applicable phone calls. This correspondence consists of a standard medical history form, and questions about your goals, fitness level workout history, and the equipment available to you.

Within 24 hours you will receive your first exercise program, username and password via email.

The username and password will give you access to your interactive fitness calendar. The fitness calendar will show which workouts are scheduled for which days. For example Monday is a weight training day, Tuesday is cardio day, Wednesday is a rest day.Your fitness calendar is also where you will enter your workout results.

This very important feature will allow me to constantly revise your workout and keep you progressing toward your goal.
